TESTIMONIALS & REVIEWS

Course 2 was able to provide clarity of definitions allowing me to better explain in terms that my programs can relate to and hopefully get on board. Thank you!

Course exceeded my expectations. The description of the course can't quite describe all the valuable information taught during the course.

Great group discussions. Priceless! Hearing the situations of my classmates combined with [the instructor’s] analysis lead to future business connections in configuration management.

Instructor provided many financially supportive examples, [it will] be nice to quote these to my institution.

Both a refresher and a look into new methods that will make life easier in the future. Will recommend this to others.

Provided an excellent background on CM that helped clarify confusion and contradictary term usage. Greatly valued excerpts from regulatory documents, standards, and source documents.

Liked the different / updated approach on identification.

It opened my eyes to the importance of CM and the roles and responsibilities of all parties.

The course reinforced my understanding of the importance of CM in the workplace, but also enlightened me to how CM can and should be used in the entire product, IT and facilities environments.

Good practical stories to reinforce concepts.

The course and configuration management is very new to me, but I am walking away with a lot of good information. Information that I know that I will be able to use as I begin my new position in CM.

I knew I needed a better understanding of CM... and I am glad I chose your class. Thanks for revealing all the dark secrets of managing configurations for a 21st century organization!

Course very relevant to daily experience and future work at [my company].

I have acquired so much knowledge and information. I look forward to incorporating newfound knowledge into my organization.

Really got me thinking about my current duties and how I can incorporate change and better understand our CM process.
