ABOUT PROCESS CM CLASS


This course provides a basic introduction to the theory, principles, and techniques of Process Configuration Management (ProCM) as it applies to the entire process/service lifecycle. It addresses the application of ProCM in a wide variety of approaches to process realization and sustainment, from traditional to iterative (agile). The course illustrates the ProCM strategies, techniques, and required tool capabilities (i.e., digital thread, digital twin, Model-Based Experience (MBX), Authoritative Source of Truth (ASOT), etc) that support each of the activities in the process life cycle. The student will also gain a value-based understanding of which ProCM techniques are most useful for the development approach and tool capabilities that currently exist in their company. The course concludes by providing a ProCM implementation framework for planning and selecting the optimal ProCM strategy and tool capabilities for both the project and organizational levels business and technical processes. Take homes include your course book, 2.0 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) and a certification titled "Process Configuration Management (ProCM) Certification".
